We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, not right in the city center but easily accessible by tram. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood near the beautiful Park Sempione, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff here are absolutely amazing, providing professional and friendly service. They are always ready to assist and offer helpful suggestions. The room amenities are top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The free toiletries are a nice touch, and we loved having an electric kettle in the room. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added to the overall comfort and luxury of our stay. The dining bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring.
